I am a Freight Forwarding Specialist with over 27 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry.  I started my Career in 1996 with a Small Family owned Freight Forwarding Company in their Accounts Payable department while studying in the evenings to become a Chartered Account but slowly became interested in the Freight Forwarding Industry, and eager to make the move to learn more about it.  I was then moved into the Operations thrown into the deep end and filled in various Roles over the years from Invoicing, to Air Freight Imports, Sea Freight Imports and eventually to both Air freight and Sea freight Export roles.  I was then promoted to Country Air freight Manager and was given the opportunity to open and Manage the Companies first and only Air freight office at the Airport.  This was a great achievement starting from the bottom and working my way to the Top gave me the passion to continue in the fast pace of this Industry but there was still much more to learn from this stage.
I was further given the opportunity to transfer to Australia with the existing Company and moved to Sydney Branch in August 2008.
 
Due to my wife’s commitment to starting a new Career in Perth, Western Australia in 2013,  had to leave my role with the Company that I knew and grew with since 2000.   Once arrived into Perth I was able to continue and work with other Main Freight Forwarders and partners and reached to become Perth Branch Manager for one of the Freight Forwarding Companies for 4 years.  Both my wife and I always had the dream to start our own Family business and since our Children were old enough to go their own ways we took the plunge and started both YR Solutions Cleaning and YR Solutions Freight Services.  Both Yolanda and I are passionate about providing a high Quality Services to our Clients with attention to detail and Communication which is Important for your business to know where and how your Shipment is running.
